Maryam Majd Art Projects (MMAP) announces Maryam Majd’s speech at a panel discussion about The Pit, an exhibition by Dorsa Basij at Dayhim Innovation Factory. The event will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 7pm.

Maryam Majd, joined by fellow speakers Behrang Samadzadegan and Hamidreza Karami, will explore site-specific and process-oriented projects, using Dorsa Basij’s work as a case study.

In this project, Basij examines space as a dynamic and evolving phenomenon shaped by personal experiences. Through continuous interaction with her environment, the work gradually transforms, reflecting the passage of time and the process of decay. The project was on view at Dayhim Innovation Factory from November 8 to December 13, 2024.
